We finally got some pictures from Brad. He complained about having to walk to the shower. I laughed and told him the Army guys have to do that even when they aren't in Iraq. He says the chow hall (he calls it DFAC for dining facility) is better than the one at the base here. It sounds like he is doing all right. The white and yellow building is where he lives with one other guy.
And we kick off 2019 with a bang!

Dave and Tammi,
We'll keep your family, especially Brad in our thought and prayers. Hope he stays safe!
Love Cindy
These pictures remind me of when Matt was in Afghanistan and Saudi and would send me pictures. They are not the prettiest pictures in the world. If Brad gets the chance to travel off base at all some parts of the world there can be beautiful though.
You guys must have been so excited to get these pictures. It is really good to see that our favorite oldest nephew is doing well. We miss him (and the rest of you guys) and can't hardly wait until he can come back. But while he is there we are so proud of him and think about him all of the time. Andrew keeps asking when he is coming back to visit and stay in "Brad's room". I just keep telling him it will be awhile because he is so busy trying to keep us all safe.
